I only receive 2 small speakers, is the real soundbar missing? Where is the sound bar?

No. Those 2 small "speakers" as you mentioned are actually 2 soundbars, which can be combined into 1 large soundbar or used separately with the bases.

Is there any deep bass? Is there a subwoofer included or any connector to hook up a subwoofer?

Why does streaming sound static? Does it support Netflix or Amazon Prime video?
